RETURN POLICY:
As our items are custom made with love, we do not allow returns at this time. At our discretion, We do allow exchanges for same or like product in the event of design error or malfunction i.e missing or broken parts. Defect must be reported within three (3) days of receipt of product and approved by Pretajorter Image Consulting prior to returning. Customer agrees to pay shipping fees for return. Pretajorter agrees to pay shipping fees for re-send.
